Not even 40k miles on Commercial firestone tires and both blew out, Brand new Trailer, Brand new tires. I've bought 20 new trailers in the last 2 years, Tires from bridgestones to BF goodricht to Michellin, heck to even CHEAP ZENNAS and we haven't had such a bad experience as Firestone. Firestone blow out 3 tires on same axle all within same minute.

I had a retread truck tire installed for only about 2 weeks and a big strip of the tread popped off and tire still had full pressure.

Very helpful, I have found nails in the tires and also cracking but wasn’t sure how serious it had to be until they needed replaced. 🛞🧐

On a dual wheel assembly if only one tire shows a bulge is that a Major or a minor defect? I am passing my test tomorrow in Montreal and the book confused me more that is helping me.

At 2:00, why is the inner liner not prepared by buffing? The vent patterns on the inner liner are still visible. Should these not be removed to keep pressurized air from penetrating into and under the repair?

Remember the writing on the sidewall of the tire is not the recommended inflation. It is maximum load at a given pressure. Unless you run loaded most of the time with a heavy load your tires will last longer at lower pressures.

funny... the tread ripped off my RETREAD tire, lost control, and did a 180... my mudflap was smashed into the bed of my truck, and my tire was hissing.... STILL HAD AIR.
